I been think… I been try… I been do… I been say… Something u realy can’t get it… then better we forget it… Is that a best way? I also don’t know… but no choice! Have to forget also… Sometimes the results will not be same like what we think about, what you plan, what you decide it and sure will be disappointed… At least i been try… When we realize and understand that… Better don’t waste so much time to waiting a stupid answer again… Sure will be sad but don’t let yourself sad for so long… This is who i am…

7.00am – Jogging

8.00 am – Breakfast

9.00 am – Check my email

10.00am – Cleaning my kitchen ( 6 month i don’t clean it )

1pm – Prepare lunch with my mum

2 pm – Having lunch with my parents

3 pm – Do some paper work

4 pm – Break and tea time

5pm – Clean my book rak and study my recipe book

6 pm – Jogging

7 pm – Prepare dinner

8 pm – Having dinner with family together ( the most happy moment )

9 pm – Online, update my website Fantasticsense.com, check my email.

Not only physical and mentally…

I hate this kind of feeling…

Make me realize my planning need to speed up…

Not in 10 years…

Or 5 years…

Or 3 years…

Is 2 YEARS…

I’m not kidding…

I hate poor life…

2 years is enough for me…

I trust myself  I CAN DO IT…

My mum very support me…

12.00  am – 1.00 pm  :

Mixing & Preparation  :  Puff, Green Tea Muffin, Tart Dough, Sugar Syrup, Egg Tart Sugar Syrup, Manggo Filling, Strawberry Filling, Blueberry Filling, Coffee Syrup, Apricot Glaze

2.00  pm – 3.20 pm  :

Break

3.20  pm  – 6.00  pm  :

Mixing  :  Swiss Roll ( Vanilla, Chocolate, Green Tea ), Sponge ( Vanilla, Chocolate, Green Tea ) , Chiffon, Chocolate Fudge Sponge, Cheese Cake, Medeline (Blueberry, Cherry ), Pound Cake ( Vanilla, Almond )

Is great…

Even i be going back more late…

But is ok…

I enjoy it…

Last night i’m doing the cream puff…

The finish presentation is look nice when i try in second  times…

I also learn to mixing ciffon, sponge cake, muffin, puff….

still have many more i haven learn…

Is very happy…

Everybody is able to share and teach me…

I will work more hard to learn it…

Actually i also learn a lot from sales department…

Not only packing and make sandwhich…

Is something you don’t learn at kitchen…

Everyday is fresh…

Every customer is different…

Everyday sure have some special case…

I was verry tired because out of staff…

But i still verry enjoy it…

Any where i stand by next month is going to cake department already…

8.00 am – 11.30am : Prepare sandwhich

11.30am – 12.30am : Packing steam cheese cake

12.30am – 1.50pm : Break

1.50pm – 4.00pm : Help production bring out all the bread when come out from oven

4.00pm – 5.00pm : Packing bread

5.00pm – 5.30pm : Wash the display tray

This is the thing i do when at the sales…

Next month will going back kitchen again…

Let the people laugh and say whatever they like…

This kind of people always like to hurt you and make you don’t feel confidence…

Is not because what you are…

They do it like this because you are more clever and high education from all of them…

What they have just experience…

What they know that, actually don’t understand…

Experience tell them can’t do it like this… When you ask for explaination they don’t know how to answer…

That mean they work well in practical but they don’t know about the theory…

That one is not professornial…

This kind of unprofessornial people can’t analyze ME!!!

That why i don’t care what they say to me…

I always ask myself have i learn something and getting what i want it???

Sure i can tell you “YES”!!!

Maybe they don’t think so…

The point is i think difference what they think it…

That why, what i focus also difference…

If the thing is help me and let me getting easy to success…

I will work more hard 10 times than another people!!!

I able to waste all my times and anything include money to do it!!!

I don’t care that!!!

Life with success is more meaningful than other thing…

Is simple… Just you enjoy what you doing!!!

Even i can’t success also don’t feel sad…

This is because i try all my best and do it with my heart!!!

What i feel sad just i don’t have lucky…

Timing is important… Do the right thing at the right moment and never let the chance go!!!

Always remember… “Prepare yourself before the chance is coming”!!! And “Lose at the beginning and win at the end”!!!
