My Training Life:

8.00 am – 11.30am : Prepare sandwhich

11.30am – 12.30am : Packing steam cheese cake

12.30am – 1.50pm : Break

1.50pm – 4.00pm : Help production bring out all the bread when come out from oven

4.00pm – 5.00pm : Packing bread

5.00pm – 5.30pm : Wash the display tray

This is the thing i do when at the sales…

Next month will going back kitchen again…

From you started to try baking:

1. Try the most simply recipe frst…

(Start from basic… Example : Normal sponge Cake, Sweet Bun, Sandwhich Loaf, Muffin)

2. Ask somebody who expert to teach you or explain to you before started…

(Is more easy when you have some ideas before you started)

3. Prepare everything before started…

(Example : Bowl, Baking Trays, Mixer, Oven, Measurement Cup, Ingredients You need)

4. Try few times and never give up…

(Sometimes maybe you wrong procedure, method, baking temperature, ingredients, recipe-try to find out some original recipe)

Trust me try few times the results will not be same…

Neverminds…

Let the people laugh and say whatever they like…

This kind of people always like to hurt you and make you don’t feel confidence…

Is not because what you are…

They do it like this because you are more clever and high education from all of them…

What they have just experience…

What they know that, actually don’t understand…

Experience tell them can’t do it like this… When you ask for explaination they don’t know how to answer…

That mean they work well in practical but they don’t know about the theory…

That one is not professornial…

This kind of unprofessornial people can’t analyze ME!!!

That why i don’t care what they say to me…

I always ask myself have i learn something and getting what i want it???

Sure i can tell you “YES”!!!

Maybe they don’t think so…

The point is i think difference what they think it…

That why, what i focus also difference…

If the thing is help me and let me getting easy to success…

I will work more hard 10 times than another people!!!

I able to waste all my times and anything include money to do it!!!

I don’t care that!!!

Life with success is more meaningful than other thing…

Is simple… Just you enjoy what you doing!!!

Even i can’t success also don’t feel sad…

This is because i try all my best and do it with my heart!!!

What i feel sad just i don’t have lucky…

Timing is important… Do the right thing at the right moment and never let the chance go!!!

Always remember… “Prepare yourself before the chance is coming”!!! And “Lose at the beginning and win at the end”!!!
