Is FUNNY…

When you are delete something in your computer or handphone or anything…

You will be never found it again unless with some special programs…

But it won’t be happen in your life….

Why i’m saying like this…

I been try to delete one handphone number…

I though i will never call or remember this handphone number again and forget this person…

bUt this number suddenly appear again with the contact name together…

How come???

because i forget delete the number at the sim card…

Same like this…

When i was delete a picture at my computer and anywhere…

But the next day somebody was give me back the photo…

I forget again to delete this picture at the camera and somebody was printed it out for me…

what can i say??? THANK YOU?!

NEXT…

SOme person u think u never see again…

But one day suddenly appear infront of U….

are u going to be happy or sad???

Hai… WHAT CAN I SAY???

by the times i almost crazy already…

U know WHAT is on my MIND???

WHAT HAPPEN TO ME!!!

Is that a JOKE for me???

NOw i realize…

IS depend how u think about it…

u think u don’t have a chance already but god give u chance again and by the times remind what u been try to do before that…

NO MATTER what been happen in our life will never going to taking out just like we press a button of delete…

EVERY thing or EVERY memory is on your mind and it could be delete simply like button…

U DON’T THINK ABOUT it’s not mean never happen it before and u can just forget for a short moment only…

NO MATTER how we try to forget it still been happen before that…

SO never try to forget…

U just only can ACCEPT IT…

REmind yourself…

wasting times to prepare…

to prepare a normal cake sponge 1 hour…

to meke up / dercoration a cake 1 hours…

so we use total 2 hours to prepare a nice dercoration cake…

to throw the whole cake go in the dustbin we just need 1minit…

From the begining if u know the sponge got problem… U still use it or not???

Why people can’t understand that???

Because of people simply to do that…

U will waste 2 hours and make another people tired to work throw all the cake inside the dustbin with 1 minute… But by the times we are not only prepare 1 cake… 1 variety need prepare 6 cake… if 4 variety of cake then we have 24 whole caeke with dercoration got problem… If throw it we have no production on that day… If we sell it then we take the risk for customer complain… So total waste how many hour and how many material to throw the cake in 1 minute???

Some people still talk about stupid thing in front of you… is that stupid and shit!!!

I realy don’t know what call quality…

I also don’t know what call professional…

I also not need talk about that… What is the truth we use our eyes to see it and use our mind to think about it…

If i been say that word… I will say yes… If i never say that word… Don’t say that is what i’m talking… U will only be stupid in front the people who tell u that and kidding u at the back… “malu kan sendiri sahaja”… Don’t be stupid in front of me… I was verry clear and i know what i’m doing now!!! Don’t try to foolish me!!!

FOrget is a BEST way!

I been think… I been try… I been do… I been say… Something u realy can’t get it… then better we forget it… Is that a best way? I also don’t know… but no choice! Have to forget also… Sometimes the results will not be same like what we think about, what you plan, what you decide it and sure will be disappointed… At least i been try… When we realize and understand that… Better don’t waste so much time to waiting a stupid answer again… Sure will be sad but don’t let yourself sad for so long… This is who i am…

My life style after the training…

7.00am – Jogging

8.00 am – Breakfast

9.00 am – Check my email

10.00am – Cleaning my kitchen ( 6 month i don’t clean it )

1pm – Prepare lunch with my mum

2 pm – Having lunch with my parents

3 pm – Do some paper work

4 pm – Break and tea time

5pm – Clean my book rak and study my recipe book

6 pm – Jogging

7 pm – Prepare dinner

8 pm – Having dinner with family together ( the most happy moment )

9 pm – Online, update my website Fantasticsense.com, check my email.

French Rye

French Rye :

Rye Starter   750g

Bread flour   125g

Salt   10g

Procedure :

Mixing

1. Place the starter in a mixing bowl. Add the flour and salt.

2. Mix at low speed for 10 minutes. The dough will be soft and somewhat sticky, and therefore a little difficult to handle.

Fermentation

30 minutes at warm room temperature

Makeup

Scale at 500g. Shape into round or slightly oval loaves.

Brush or spray with water and dust heavily with flour. Proof 30-60 minutes at 27°c until about double in volume. Score the tops of the loaves.

Baking

230°c with steam, 40-45 minutes


Rye Starter

Rye flour   500g

Water ( warm 30-35°C )   500g

Yeast ( fresh )   7.5g

Procedure:

1. Mix together all ingredients.

2. Cover and let ferment at room temperature for about 15hours.

Rye Flour

Next to white and whole wheat, rye is the most popular flour for bread making.

Rye flour has a lower gluten content than wheat flour, and contains a higher proportion of soluble fiber.

Rye also can strengthened immune system, increased energy levels and relief from allergies, but there is no clinical evidence for its efficacy.

Breads made with 100% rye flour are heavy and dense. To make a lighter rye loaf, it is necessary to use a mixture of rye and hard wheat flours. Typical formulas call for 25-40% rye flour and 60-75% hard wheat flour.

Rye flour is milled much like wheat flour. The lightest rye flours, from inner part of kernel, have a low extraction rate, corresponding to patent flour.

Grades and Types of rye flour :

Light rye – The lightest is nearly white. It has a very fine texture and a high percentage of starch, with little protein.

Medium rye – This is a straight flour, milled from the whole rye grain after the bran is removed. Thus, it is darker than light rye and has a higher protein content

Dark rye – Like clear flour milled from wheat, dark rye comes from the part of the rye grain closest to the bran. It looks somewhat like oatmeal. Rye meal is used for pumpernickel bread and similar specialty products.

Rye blend – This is a mixture of rye flour ( generally about 25-40% ) and a strong wheat flour, such as clear flour.


Eating Tips :

1. Plain rye bread with some butter.

(Just only that you can taste the natural flavor of the rye bread.) Enjoy it… Is really very nice…

2. Prepare with sandwich.

(Toast the rye bread, butter then some bacon and salad to make a really taste sandwich.)

3. Having it with some olive oil and vinegar.

(Rye bread fully with pure olive flavor. )
